For those who don’t know what the butterfly project is…
It’s when you feel like you wanna cut, you take a marker/pen and draw a butterfly wherever you feel like cutting on yourself. Name the butterfly after a loved one or someone who wants you to get better.
NO SCRUBBING IT OFF.
If you cut before the butterfly is gone by itself, it dies. If not, it lives. If you have more than 1 butterfly on yourself and you cut, it kills them all. Another person can draw the butterfly on you, and those are extra special.
Even if you don’t cut, feel free to draw a butterfly on you anyways, to show your support.
